Terms of Service

Editorial Mondadori, established in 2016, provides this Terms of Service to govern the use of our digital platforms, research reports, and analytical tools focused on how mid-size publishers restructure print budgets to navigate the collapse of digital-advertising revenue. By accessing our content, you accept the obligations set forth herein, which are designed to preserve the integrity of our proprietary data and the community of publishing executives and content strategists we serve. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of New York County.

As a user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it promptly as needed. It is incumbent upon you to use the platform solely for professional research and strategic analysis, not for any commercial resale or redistribution of our insights without explicit written authorization. Any unauthorized scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of content is strictly forbidden.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: (i) uploading or transmitting any material that infringes upon intellectual property rights, violates any applicable law, or contains malicious code; (ii) impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with Editorial Mondadori; (iii) engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform’s functionality, security, or availability; (iv) attempting to decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise derive the source code of our software or databases; and (v) using our services to disseminate unsolicited commercial communications or to collect personal data from other users without consent.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, at our sole discretion, and may subject you to legal liability for damages and injunctive relief. We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns to detect abuse, and to share information with law enforcement or regulatory bodies as required by law. Editorial Mondadori shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue or business opportunities.

These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For questions or to report a violation, please refer to the Contact Us page on our website. No communication via email or telephone shall be considered legally binding unless signed by an authorized representative of Editorial Mondadori. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the publisher regarding the subject matter herein.
